Taiwanese street food vendor gets a place in Michelin's gourmand list

Today we have something more relaxing to share ^_^ --

Street food in Taiwan has enjoyed a long tradition and won increasing international reputation. Fresh, tasty and affordable--just to name a few reasons for its popularity. Quite many of these vendors follow grandma's recipes with creative ideas and some of them employ laborious handwork for the seemingly unsophisticated food. That's exactly the reason why recently Michelin Guide listed a vendor in Taipei in its Bib Gourmand list.

While traveling to Taiwan got to wait for a few more months, you can read about the yummy story and watch a video about it here: https://www.scmp.com/news/china/society/article/3098926/taiwanese-street-vendor-who-sells-steamed-buns-less-us2
